We take the protection of your personal data seriously. This policy explains what data we process when you visit v-stream.camera, on what legal basis, and the rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
This website is hosted on infrastructure provided by Cloudflare, Inc. When you access the site, the host automatically records technical data your browser transmits — such as IP address, date and time of access, the page requested, referrer URL and user agent — in server log files. This is necessary to deliver the site securely and reliably (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in a stable, secure service). Where data is processed outside the EU, this is safeguarded by an EU–US data-transfer framework and/or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
3. Contact
If you contact us through the contact form or by email, we process the details you provide — such as your name, email address, phone number and message — solely to handle your enquiry and any follow-up. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to a contract) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in responding). We keep this data only as long as needed to deal with your request, unless statutory retention periods apply.
